Looking for resources for how to start a pop-up restaurant in Denver, CO.

I have what seems to be a really great business plan for opening a restaurant, however, I have no funding and my credit history is poor. I would love to partner with a local bar, utilize its kitchen, and share profits in an effort to kickstart the brand, however, I'm not sure how to start these conversations. My product is great, and easy to create, I just don't have a ton of money to invest right now.

Do you guys have resources for where I should start in terms of pitching my idea? Where should I begin this journey?
