Happy Tuesday. As we've already established, Donald Trump doesn't touch food with his dainty hands. This rule now also applies to fried chicken. — Bon Appétit's latest list of the best new restaurants in the country is now live. Every year this long list, compiled by editors Andrew Knowlton and Julia Kramer, gets whittled down into a list of the 10 best new restaurants across the country, or what the magazine calls the Hot 10. Notable inclusions on this year's list that mirror Eater's restaurant editor Bill Addison's choices: NYC's Wildair; LA's Baroo and Cassia; Boston's Shepard; Chicago's Monteverde; and more.
