I manage a client which manufactures replacement commercial refrigeration gaskets.
We are located out of Florida, however make our offerings available online through multiple site's and marketplaces, we plan on sending out an offline campaign to spread awareness. I've noticed there are specific health code violations in this state pertaining to ripped/torn/moldy/dirty door gaskets for the coolers, calling for replacement or cleaning of said gasket.
Who in your organization is responsible for getting this violation code resolved?
Does that person call your local refrigeration company to perform the replacement or do you shop for the gasket locally/online and replace it yourself?
